As the Founder and CEO of The Keys to the Office, LLC, Kristina Butler brings well over a decade of experience in Human Resources, specifically in the area of talent acquisition. She has built successful diversity recruiting programs and hiring initiatives focused on interns, recent college graduates, and career relaunchers for major organizations and she is passionate about sharing her many years of experience to change the landscape of the workforce.
